Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote HR Business Partner to support multiple business units across South Africa. The role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the country while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

You will partner with senior leaders on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and change management to drive HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, MBA, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with strong HRBP background.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership to drive results through HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical and influencing skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR advisor to assigned business units and align HR strategies with goals.
• Collaborate on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance, and organizational design.
• Partner with HR team to implement policies consistently.
• Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and refine HR strategy.
