Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Proven experience advising leadership on complex HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into HR strategies and solutions.
• Provide proactive HR support on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives for a remote workforce to drive engagement and inclusion.
• Manage employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
• Support full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding with remote processes.
• Analyze HR data to provide leadership with actionable insights.
