Qualifications

• Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional and approachable communication style.
• High attention to detail when handling documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: screen resumes, review applications, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, extend offers, and communicate next steps to candidates.
• Onboarding & Compliance: guide new hires through onboarding, answer onboarding questions, file documentation, complete background checks and verifications, follow up on onboarding progress.
• HR Support: respond to employee questions regarding benefits and HR processes, maintain records, assist with administrative tasks, support the team.
