Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities required.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, ATS, HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage checklists, trackers and documentation accurately.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Staffing Coordinator with day-to-day staffing and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a current task list, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Provide updates on progress and completion of outstanding tasks.
• Prepare and file staffing-related documentation and records.
• Keep HR systems and spreadsheets up to date and accurate.
• Handle confidential staff and candidate information with discretion.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and compliance documents.
