Job summary

ReWorks Solutions in South Africa is seeking a Talent Delivery Partner to act as the operational bridge between candidates, clients, recruitment teams and HR. This remote, full-time role focuses on final-stage candidate engagement, interview coordination, and ensuring a smooth placement workflow.

You will manage client interviews, maintain momentum through final stages, and support communication across stakeholders while ensuring accurate updates in the recruitment system.

Qualifications

• Strong interview coordination and scheduling capability.
• Experience managing recruitment workflows and ATS systems (preferably Workable).
• Strong candidate and client communication ability.
• Recruitment administration and workflow coordination experience.
• Strong calendar management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support final candidate delivery, client coordination and interview management to progress placement.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and discuss role expectations and timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews with stakeholders and ensure confirmations.
• Maintain interview notes and feedback, updating stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maintain placement momentum and provide professional stakeholder engagement.
