ReWorks Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement. The role operates remotely during US hours, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with standard full-time hours and EST-aligned scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruitment experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools. You will collaborate with hiring managers and ensure compliant, efficient hiring practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with candidates and team members.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and candidates’ profiles to aid in decision-making.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
