Placements24 is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support operations remotely from Mossel Bay. You will manage HR documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general administrative support for employees and management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR admin/coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and training sessions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and projects.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
