Placements24 is seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Human Resources Strategist to spearhead HR initiatives from a fully remote capacity supporting teams around Stellenbosch. This executive role requires strategic leadership to design and implement forward-thinking HR strategies that drive growth, talent development, and cultural excellence.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with strategy development and execution.
Proven track record designing and implementing HR strategies in large/complex organizations.
Experience leading distributed or remote workforces.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-term HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead the design and implementation of innovative talent acquisition, development, and retention programs.
Champion organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
Drive an inclusive, high-performing culture across remote teams.
