Placements24 is seeking a seasoned HR Manager for a fully remote role, supporting a rapidly expanding global organization. Based conceptually in Benoni, Gauteng, the position operates remotely, driving global HR strategy, talent acquisition, development, performance management, and compliance across regions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in HRM or related field, 8+ years in HR with 4+ in global roles, and strong leadership, communication, and HRIS/analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience, with 4+ years in global HR leadership.
• Proven track record in developing global HR strategies.
• Deep knowledge of international labour laws and best practices.
• Experience managing remote teams and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee HR functions (talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HRIS) across regions.
• Ensure compliance with international labour laws and robust HR policies.
• Lead a geographically dispersed HR team.
• Drive talent management, performance, succession, and leadership development.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging culture for a remote workforce.
• Manage HR budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Partner with senior leadership on HR-related matters.
• Champion HR technology to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
