Job summary

Placements24 seeks a seasoned Remote HR Manager to lead People Operations for a globally recognized e-commerce platform. You will shape HR strategy, oversee talent management, compensation, employee relations and HR tech across distributed teams in a remote-first environment.

You will mentor a remote HR team, design policies, drive engagement, ensure compliance, and use analytics to guide senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies within a remote or distributed work environment.
• Extensive knowledge of global labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
• Expertise in talent management, total rewards, and HR analytics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms and HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with growth and remote-first philosophy.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and L&D.
