Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead its Remote Operations division. You will shape HR strategy for a distributed workforce, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across multiple time zones.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 8+ years of HR leadership, with strong knowledge of international labour laws and remote-first practices. A strategic, tech-enabled leader will thrive in this global setup.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with remote or global teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies for remote-first organizations.
• Strong knowledge of international labour laws and compliance for remote work.
• Expertise in performance management, engagement, and talent development for virtual teams.
• Proficient with HRIS and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies for a fully remote workforce.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of remote employees globally.
• Manage performance appraisal systems for dispersed staff.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives for distributed teams.
