Placements24 is seeking a visionary HR Manager to lead remote strategy and operations for a distributed global workforce. This senior role focuses on developing remote-friendly policies, cultivating a strong remote culture, and optimizing HR processes for virtual environments.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in HRM or related field, 10+ years in HR with at least 5 years in leadership, and a proven track record in remote workforce management and compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Extensive experience designing and implementing remote-centric policies and programs
• Proven ability to foster culture, engagement and performance in a distributed workforce
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across regions

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive remote HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design HR policies and programs for a fully remote workforce (talent acquisition, performance, compensation, engagement).
• Build and nurture a strong remote culture with effective communication across dispersed teams.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance for a global remote workforce.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on remote HR matters.
• Create and manage employee wellbeing initiatives for remote work.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws across regions and manage the HR team.
