You will develop HR strategies that boost engagement, productivity, and well-being, with responsibilities spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, incl. 2+ years managing remote teams.
• Proven expertise in remote work best practices and HR technology.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
