Placements24 is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to establish and lead the HR function in a remote-first environment. You will shape the people strategy, build scalable processes, and partner with executives to drive talent outcomes globally.

You will oversee recruitment for a remote workforce, design compensation programs, and implement performance and DEI initiatives while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR management or related field.
• 10+ years in HR leadership roles with a track record in building functions.
• Experience with remote-first or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with growth.
• Oversee talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding for remote workforce.
• Develop compensation and benefits programs.
• Establish employee relations, ensure a compliant work environment.
• Design performance management and DEI initiatives.
• Ensure labor-law compliance across jurisdictions and HR data governance.
• Lead training programs and manage HRIS for reporting and analytics.
• Serve as strategic partner to executive team on people matters.
