You will drive HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, performance, and compensation, while ensuring SA labor law compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management/leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing HR for remote or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of South African labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth trajectory.
• Oversee all HR operations: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Build an inclusive remote-friendly culture and ensure compliance with SA labor law and best practices.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive employee engagement strategies and manage complex employee relations issues.
