Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Remote HR Generalist focused on employee well-being to join a fully remote team. Develop and implement initiatives that promote mental, physical, and emotional health for a distributed workforce.

You will design programs, promote EAP resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve work-life balance and reduce burnout. Remote experience and HRIS proficiency are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
