You will handle onboarding, performance management, and offboarding while maintaining confidential employee records and leveraging HRIS tools. The position emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and continuous learning in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with a strong background in remote work.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and South African labor law.
• Experience with HRIS systems and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote HR support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
