Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative Remote Wellness Program Developer to design and implement comprehensive wellness initiatives for a dispersed workforce. You will conceptualize, create, and manage programs focused on physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and stress management using digital platforms.

The role requires a background in public health or related fields, proven experience in corporate wellness, and strong communication and content creation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and managing corporate wellness programs.
• Strong understanding of health and wellness principles including fitness, mental health, and nutrition.
• Excellent content creation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for program delivery and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging employee wellness programs covering physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Create and curate wellness content, including articles, webinars, challenges, and resources.
• Utilize digital platforms and channels to promote program participation and engagement.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify wellness priorities and preferences.
• Monitor program performance, collect feedback, and analyze data to measure success.
