Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with onboarding.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws related to recruitment and employment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records in the HRIS system.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, particularly in a remote work context.
