Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of South African labor laws and employment equity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires for smooth integration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.
• Support payroll, benefits, and leave management administration.
