This role requires 3–5 years HR Generalist experience, a degree in HR or business, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Solid knowledge of South African labor law and regulations.
• Experience in remote or distributed workforce environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on policy interpretation and application.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration.
• Administer HR policies and procedures with consistent application.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and generate reports.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support performance management cycles and HR programs.
• Contribute to HR initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement.
• Act as liaison between employees and management on HR matters.
