Placements24 is seeking a motivated HR Generalist for a fully remote role, covering recruitment support, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation across the organization. Work is done virtually with managers and staff to ensure HR services are delivered efficiently, fostering a positive employee experience regardless of location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Solid understanding of South African labour legislation.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and virtual tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing virtual tools.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HRIS.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and programs.
