Key Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data related to recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Design and implement data collection methods for surveys and other HR initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data privacy regulations.

Requirements
