Placements24 client seeks a skilled Remote HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their HRIS from anywhere in South Africa. The role focuses on administration, configuration, and support to ensure data integrity and insightful reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HRIS experience, proficiency with Workday/SAP/Oracle HCM, and strong Excel skills, complemented by solid communication abilities in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration and support, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in report writing, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
• Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet evolving business needs, including employee data, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
• Develop, generate, and analyze standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of the HRIS with other business systems.
