You will handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRIS data management, and employee benefits administration, while aiding employee engagement initiatives and policy compliance across all staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in HR coordination or admin role.
• Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: sourcing, scheduling interviews, extending offers.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Maintain HRIS with accurate employee data.
• Assist in administration of benefits and respond to basic queries.
• Support HR team in hosting events and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
