Placements24 is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support a remote team while coordinating operations based in Bloemfontein.

You will handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR data management, and assist with HR projects, delivering accurate records and responsive support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of communicating effectively in a remote environment to foster a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR support experience (Coordinator, Administrator, or Assistant).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely completion of documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in administration of employee benefits and HR policies.
• Provide support for HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
