This role emphasizes data integrity, proactive communication, and collaboration with the HR team to support growth. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in an HR support role focused on recruitment or onboarding.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other pre-employment documents.
• Coordinate onboarding including background checks, verification, and orientation.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries throughout recruitment.
