Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department remotely, with a base in the Sandton area. This role focuses on HR administrative tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and assisting recruitment, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

You will manage records, update HRIS, respond to queries, and help prepare reports while collaborating with a remote-first team. A National Diploma or degree in HR and 1–3 years of experience are required, with strong MS

Qualificações

• National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic South African labor law principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
• Maintain employee records and update the HRIS system with accurate information.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Support recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Respond to general employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
