Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an HR support role, ideally remote or tech-driven.
• Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full recruitment lifecycle: posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews for remote candidates.
• Onboard new employees remotely with paperwork and digital resources.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support administration of benefits programs and leave management.
• Coordinate virtual training sessions and employee development programs.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in a remote context.
• Support HR projects and contribute to a positive remote culture.
