Job summary

Placements24 partners with an innovative software development company to recruit an HR Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will support onboarding, maintain HR records, coordinate meetings, and assist with HR initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with excellent communication, able to work independently from a remote setting, and eager to contribute to a collaborative virtual HR function supporting a global operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 0-2 years admin/HR support experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; remote work capable.
• Knowledge of SA labour law beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR team, managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
• Assist onboarding for new employees with accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/ATS.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
