Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Support onboarding to ensure a positive, informative experience.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and HR matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity in HR systems.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Prepare HR communications and internal newsletters.
• Assist with HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
• Support employee recognition programs and events.
