Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Hospitality Operations Specialist to support operations across multiple properties from a fully remote team. You will manage online bookings, optimize PMS usage, and guide on-site staff from afar to ensure high guest satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in hospitality operations, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with PMS, booking engines and OTAs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online booking platforms and PMS for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide remote support to on-site staff and implement solutions.
• Monitor reviews and guest feedback to improve reputation and satisfaction.
• Develop and refine operational procedures and training materials for staff.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
