Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in hospitality operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing remote teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction across all managed properties, focusing on remote oversight.
• Manage and mentor a dispersed team of hospitality professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote work environment.
• Oversee budget management, financial performance analysis, and cost control measures for operations, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Implement and refine operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for remote management.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Liaise with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure aligned operational goals and seamless execution of business initiatives.
