Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Hospitality Operations Coordinator to support our expanding portfolio from anywhere. This role focuses on streamlining processes, coordinating between property management teams and central support, and ensuring consistent guest experiences across locations.

You will develop SOPs, monitor performance metrics, and help implement new technologies to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality operations or hotel management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting with strong time management.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between remote property managers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and training materials for remote teams.
• Monitor operational performance metrics across properties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction remotely.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for operational initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Provide virtual support to property teams for operational queries, troubleshooting, and process guidance.
