Qualifications

Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and remote support tools.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions and educate them on the use of IT systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or appropriate IT teams for resolution.
