Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
• Solid understanding of Windows and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end-user issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
• Assist with hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
