Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users via remote access tools, phone, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the IT systems.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and system configurations in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and deployment of new equipment.
