Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT Support role, preferably remote/helpdesk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and basic networking.
• Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
• Excellent problem-solving and independent work capability.
• Clear communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via remote access, phone, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and operating systems.
• Assist users with account management and access permissions.
• Document all requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
