Placements24 is seeking a skilled and responsive Remote Helpdesk Technician to join their distributed technical support team, supporting users across various locations including Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for providing first-line technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware, all from your remote workspace.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
