Placements24 is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for a fully remote role servicing the South Africa market. You will design and optimize paid acquisition strategies across SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate channels, driving qualified leads and revenue growth.

The role requires strong analytics, data-driven optimization, and collaboration with sales and product teams. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in performance marketing, proven budget management, and expertise across Google

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing with paid acquisition focus.
• Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns with large budgets.
• Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and others.
• Strong analytical skills using data tools (GA, Excel, SQL).
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across SEM, social, display and affiliate channels.
• Manage budgets to achieve target CPA, ROAS and lead generation goals.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting optimization.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize for CTR, conversions and ROI.
• Analyze data with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and dashboards; report insights.
• Lead A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams to produce high-converting assets.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• Manage relationships with ad platforms and third-party vendors.
• Contribute to attribution models and measurement frameworks.
