Placements24 is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our remote-first marketing efforts while based in Cape Town. Drive high-impact paid campaigns across SEM, social, and display, leveraging GA and GTM for accountable data-driven decisions.

You will oversee budgets, optimize ROAS, and collaborate with creative teams to build compelling ads and landing pages, shaping growth strategy in a fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in performance marketing, with remote work.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale paid acquisition campaigns (SEM, Social, Display).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
• Experience with attribution models and LTV analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Experience with affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising is a plus.
• Demonstrated success driving growth through paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee budget allocation and pacing for all paid media activities.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages.
• Stay updated on trends, A/B testing, and attribution modeling.
• Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives and ad networks.
• Develop comprehensive performance reports and present to senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture optimizing learning and experimentation.
