Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels.
• Demonstrable experience managing advertising budgets (e.g., R100,000+ per month).
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid media budgets to achieve target KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and user experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and forecasting of marketing initiatives.
