Placements24 is seeking an analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This fully remote role serves candidates across South Africa and focuses on maximizing ROI through data-driven paid campaigns across PPC, social ads, and affiliates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
Proven success managing large paid advertising budgets with strong ROI.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and ad platforms.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and bid optimization.
Monitor performance daily; analyse CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
A/B test creatives, landing pages and targeting parameters.
Report performance insights and provide strategic recommendations.
