Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to drive ROI across paid channels from a fully remote location in South Africa. You will design, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other networks, leveraging data to maximize ROAS and revenue.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, 5+ years in performance marketing, and expertise with analytics tools plus CRO practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in performance marketing, ecommerce focus.
• Proven governance of large paid media budgets across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, display and affiliate campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign targeting for efficiency.
