Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, affiliate, and more. This fully remote role offers autonomy and the chance to drive growth through full-funnel strategies.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, manage substantial budgets, and collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to hit aggressive KPIs while ensuring compliance and best practices in the FinTech space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years in performance marketing, with a focus on paid acquisition.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and achieving aggressive targets.
• Expertise in SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytics with Google Analytics, Excel/SQL.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
• Understanding of attribution models and marketing measurement.
• Proactive, communicative, and able to thrive in a remote, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across SEM, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, and more.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets across channels to maximize ROI and hit target CPA/ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Oversee A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in performance marketing and FinTech.
• Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
• Analyze customer journey data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
