Placements24 is seeking a Remote Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role focuses on identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and setting up meetings for the account executives.

You will work remotely from anywhere in South Africa, supported by comprehensive training and tools to succeed. As a remote-first organization, you will contribute to revenue growth, learn sales processes, and advance within the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new business leads via channels (online, social, networking).
• Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
• Articulate value proposition and product offerings clearly.
• Qualify leads based on criteria and assess needs.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
