Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in building and scaling recruitment functions in tech or high-growth environments.
• Expertise in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and DEI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment markets and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing remote teams in a fully remote environment.
