Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven remote or hybrid collaboration and management experience.
• Experience creating and executing strategic TA plans for tech/high-growth firms.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, executive search, passive sourcing and offers.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from executive search to entry-level roles.
• Guide hiring managers with best practices and strategic sourcing.
• Shape employer branding and oversee recruitment tech implementations.
