Placements24 is seeking a seasoned and strategic Remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global TA function from anywhere. You will develop recruitment strategies, build a high-performing team, and enhance the candidate journey across all levels.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in talent acquisition, with 4+ in leadership, executive search experience, and a strong track record in employer branding and data-driven hiring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in management.
• Proven executive search and high-volume recruitment experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and social recruiting tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of TA specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Drive executive search for senior leadership roles.
• Optimize employer branding and candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report KPIs.
