Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing remote teams.
• Experience building and scaling recruitment functions in a global, remote-first context.
• Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
